The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing for any project are agreed separately in a written proposal or agreement. Prices shown on this site are starting points, scoped starting points.

Acceptable use of this website

You agree to use this site lawfully and to use it lawfully and avoid disrupting, probing, or extracting data through automated means beyond ordinary browsing and our contact form.

Intellectual property

Software we build for you is yours once we've been paid in full for the work delivered. This includes any website, brand assets, or copy created specifically for your project. CopperLine retains ownership of the reusable tools, libraries, and frameworks we bring to each build, along with the content of copperline.co itself.

Warranty disclaimer

This website and any content on it are provided on an as-is basis, express or implied, with respect to completeness, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. We do our best to keep information accurate.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CopperLine liability is limited for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of this website.
